Heya! I’m Emma

A Scottish gal who has been in Australia for 3 years now. Weddings used to be my full-time gig but I’ve went back to being a student for a bit of a career change. I want to focus more on shooting for someone else, I love the buzz and being in the photo zone but the admin and editing that comes with a wedding, less so.

I can bring empathy, humour, a bit of neurospicy goodness, solid work focus and 9 years experience in the world of weddings.

I’m looking to understand your way of working so I can deliver a service to you and your couples that represents your business.

  • I’ve been photographing weddings solo since 2017

  • Confident with groom/other persons prep on my own.

  • I’m big on detail shots and candids.

  • Public liability insured

  • Own car (with a roof top tent if we are going outback!)

  • $60 per hour. Minimum 2 hour booking. Plus Travel.

  • I am friendly and my superpower is putting people at ease.

  • I loooove the flow of weddings, getting to know people, looking out for the little moments that might get missed, the uncertainty of it all - who’s going to cry, are the kids going to behave in family photos, is it going to run on time, just got to take it in your stride and be prepared for all outcomes!

  • I promise to never share any photos without your consent. I am there to work for you, to represent your business and follow your rules.

  • I’ve just started dabbling in hybrid photo/video.

  • In my spare time I like to: go to the beach, play board games, do arts + crafts, try new places for food, practice yoga, hang out with my husband, go cycling, meet new people and read.
